My mom purchased this dress for Easter for my two girls. Super cute tutu and the fabric on the top is soft and stretchy. My 9 year old still likes to put the dress on just for fun. I would say the sizing is spot on.

Edit: added a star, up to 3. I had my kid wear it to preschool with some leggings and a long sleeve t-shirt. She looked really cute. On the plus side, it also survived a washing on delicate. It didn’t really change the roughness, but she can still wear it again with her leggings.This is the worst purchase I have ever made. Not worth the price I paid and could probably be ordered somewhere else for far cheaper. The lining is a cheap shower curtain material that makes a swishing noise when you walk. Plus, it’s see-through; and my daughter would have to wear pants underneath so her underwear won’t show. I ordered this as a last minute Easter dress and regret it, but have no time to return and order something else. Do not recommend.

I love this lil dress so much. Its just right for the active toddler in your life. Not too dressy that its going to be one of those dresses that she wears for an event/holiday then it goes into the closet never to be worn again. She will be able to get lots of use out of this one. We paired it with a white sweater to dress it up a bit for the start of the party. We put a pair of white shorts under it too because she's two and is all over the place. She is in a 2t but starting to fit in a 3t. I bought the 3t and it fits a little snug compared to the other 3t's I've bought her. If your lil one is in between sizes like mine I'd definitely go up a size. The length was perfect. Not too long not too short. The under skirt could be a lil longer. Still its absolutely adorable. Everyone loved it and she couldn't of been cuter running around in it.
