Fabric feels pretty cheap, but I'm glad for all the mesh holes to keep it cool-ish. You can clearly see in fabric that the mesh is accomplished by puncturing holes in fabric.... this hat is brand new and it already has wear and tear around the edges of the hole perforations.The pony tail opening with the criss-cross pattern in the back is not elastic - it is all the same polyester as the rest of the hat - so no stretch.I do like the velcro size adjustment stap part in the back - convenient!My last complaint is that the color is not as "minty" as I was hoping. It's light pastel green, sometimes looks like blue.Overall, not pleased.... I don't really recommend.

My daughter loves this criss cross ponytail hat! It’s perfect for keeping her hair up in a messy bun while staying stylish. The adjustable feature is great for a comfortable fit. It dries quickly, which is a plus for outdoor activities. The only downside is that the material could be a bit softer, but overall, it’s a fun and functional hat for kids!
