Rated for arduino I thought they would truely be logic level capable. Yet they are NOT. The arduino cannot fully turn them on and simply makes them get hot instead of driving the load.

My big concern was to see if it would work with a 3.3v from a Pi since some comments said that it would not.For me it worked perfectly. I did connect the ground of the Pi with the ground of the power source and I also connected the source to the gate with a resistor.

I did not start to use yet. But it looks good.

Does not work with 3.3v supplied by Raspberry pi, though "RFP30N06LE" is supposed to. Spent a day trying to figure out why my circuit did not work, until coming here!Do not purchase this if you want to use it with the raspberry pi!

I doubt i can return soldered a few times mosfets trying to figure out where i was mistaken before i decided to check what exactly they are. Vt must be My regret is not a few lost bucks, it is a few lost hours of my own life.

These N-Channel Mosfet seminconductors worked as expected. They were packaged and delivered nicely. We have them working with an Arduino project.

easy to connect work great . I like using these on my displays I build small house and light them up . this gives me a chance to give an fast sample for show the little houses .

Really good, easy to use and respond to -5V logic signals on the gate. Very low resistance between drain and source so very little heat generation with battery powered devices (1 to 5 amps)

Very easy to use with an Arduino ~5V digital output to turn anything in a DC circuit below 30A on and off. That includes basically anything you can think of related to small electronics projects. It switches incredibly fast, so you can use it for dimming with PWM as well. The connections can be potentially misleading with this MOSFET. Without reading into the details, you would expect to connect the 'drain' connection in the middle to your ground or your lower potential side of your circuit and the 'source' connection on the right side to your higher potential power source. However, that won't work. The current will just flow through regardless of the value at the gate. So connect the gate to your digital output of your Arduino, the 'source' pin to your ground or lower potential side, and the 'drain' pin to your higher potential side or power source. For instance to power an LED, the connections in series might be ( +5V --> MOSFET drain pin ) and ( MOSFET source pin ---> LED ---> Resistor ---> Ground).

Work flawlessly for an Arduino-controlled railroad crossing signal that uses truck taillights for warning lights.

Great product that meets all specifications and details per layout. Worked great to replace a very similar MOSFET that fried due to poor engineering on the motherboard manufacturer's part. I had to add a heat sync but it still works great.
