Functions as designed. Purchased to clean, dry the insides of the soprano recorder and high D tin whistles.Runs ~3-5cm too short for use on the tin whistles. Need to twist off the mouthpieces of the whistles to dry and clean the entire tube and mouthpiece. No real big deal. Just a bit less efficient for the quick dry and clean maintenance after playing.

This is probably the best plastic stick with a hole in it, I have ever had. And if someone would ask for a recommendation for a plastic stick with a hole in it, it would be this. It works fine for cleaning out moisture in my fife.
