So i figured let me get this vacuum pump for my 2000 dodge ram 3500, its a good price with good reviews, well its def not worth it, stick to cummins genuine parts, the gear sheared right apart when i was making a turn, luckily it was late at night and i was going slow because halfway through the turn, lost power steering and brakes( dodge rams have hydro boost so your power steering pump also gives you plenty of braking power) and good thing i was going slow, thought it mightve been my power sterring pump but figured let me take off the vacuum pump to and check, and its a good thing i did, do not buy this cheap junk!!! Im just glad i wasnt on the highway when it broke or else i wouldnt be here to let you all know how bad it really is !
