I constantly wear thigh high socks that roll down, so I thought I'd try something like this. They work PERFECTLY. I highly recommend getting them!

I decided to test each of the 6 clips before putting this in the drawer. Was it going to be able to clip thick knee socks? I foolishly tested it on my bamboo ones. I clipped each clip to the socks. They held well. Great. Then I attempted to unclip the 6 clips. The 6th one snagged the sock.Bamboo knee socks are hard to find and expensive. I should have tested these on one of the odd socks in my odd sock bag. My bad. But a device meant to held up socks should not snag them.The clips are square. There is a different brand of garter belt which has round clips... round ones would be way less likely to snag. Not sure I'm allowed to mention the brand here, but they are also for sale right here on amazon. I have a set of those coming in a different colour. Sadly, they don't have the beige ones.Bottom line... I would pass on these.

I cannot stand attempting to get tights over my damn thighs, and my wardrobe is very… short. So during winter I’m usually screwed. I now have a ton of thigh high socks and these garters have not only kept my socks up all damn day and night but they’re flattering af and definitely kept my man’s eyes on me

Basic no-frills (literally) garter belt with suspender/alligator clips instead of the traditional garter clips that won't close around anything heavier than sheer nylon. I actually spent hours looking for something like this and it's doing exactly what I need it to do - keep my over-the-knee socks staying over-the-knee when I'm walking around and going about my day. It's made out of the same type of nylon webbing they make bra straps out of. No issues with metal allergies with the clips (though I'm not very sensitive to metal) and they don't feel like they're digging into my skin when I'm sitting down. Overall very satisfied.

I purchased this garter as a hack for keeping up my thigh-high boots up when wearing them with dresses, long t-shirts, and skirts. I was having an issue with the boots constantly falling when worn without pants. Boots would tend to fall after walking a few steps. This garter is perfection. I ordered the 6-strap option since I could remove straps easily based on my needs. This garter solved the problem perfectly. Three straps per boot (front, side, and back) is PERFECTION!!!. Works great!!! Just placed an order for 5 more for the group chat ladies as stocking stuffers.

back fusion incisions healing...no compression panty hose .....garter belt and thigh high stockings instead for now.....this plain simple one is PRETTY and I got a large size so it would not pinch - just snug enough to keep the stockings from falling down......and out of the way for bathroom needs. Super buy! ALL aspects are adjustible..I was able to slide the garters to A SAFE ORIENTATION re: the incisions at my core.YES indeed and thank you!Thank you also for being right at Amazon, so I could find it while in post-op discomfort....and enjoy delivery to my door. They do what they are meant to do, hold up the socks. They are very well made and the elastic looks like the same elastic fabric for bra straps. The clips are delicate yet strong enough. Very satisfied.
