I didn't wear these as a garter, but as chokers for a cosplay. I'm just here to say they looked great, felt comfortable (the elastic is soft), just a great quality and value.

You can just the length pretty easily and it’s pretty comfortable to wear

I used this as a costume. It was fine but it was a little uncomfortable, and when I would loosen it to try to make it more comfortable, it would fall down to my ankle when walking. But it worked for the night and was cheap so basically what I expected.

The thigh high and garter belt roll down to my knees after walking for 5 mins. They're cute for posing and taking pictures in, but not very practical beyond that. I was excited because I have think thighs :( very disappointed
