Why I bought something with only two reviews, I don't know what I was thinking. I gave it two stars instead of one is because it will sharpen (keep reading) my pruning shears, but not my scissors. Now on the sharpening part. It sharpens the shears but does it at the wrong angle. When you sharpen your shears you need to keep one side of the blade flat and not like a knife. For me this is basically useless as I have knife sharpeners that work better.

I use this all the time for sharpening scissors & gardening tools. I have purchased so many devices in the past & they don't get the job done. This one does.
