I was excited to try the Arden Shovel, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. The plastic handle feels cheap and fragile, breaking after just one use. The D-shape design is comfortable, but what's the point if it can’t withstand regular digging or even light gardening tasks? This shovel might be okay for soft soil or sand, but it’s not reliable for anything tougher. Disappointed with the quality—especially for the price. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for something sturdy and durable

Pay attention to the size because this is a short shovel. I got it for smaller projects but after a short while, my back definitely hurts with bending over (I'm 5'4" for reference). But I do like how it feels sturdy and it does a good job of loosening up soil with the sharper corner/edges. This needs to be assembled as well but it's easy to do.

This small 31" D-shaped shovel is handy when you're on your hands and knees in the garden. It assembled quickly and worked well for what I needed it for. I do wish it was a bit larger so I can use it for larger tasks. It is not really flimsy and seems sturdy enough.

This is a small garden shovel. Best used for planting potted plants at best. The image on the site was misleading. I'm going to keep it for those small jobs.

I am serving the Halloween Gravestone Cemetery birthday cake I am making with these cool spoons! I can't wait to see how everyone reacts when they see them.

The shovel is much tinier than it looks in the images On the ad. It's extremely flimsy construction. Honestly, I laughed when I opened the box because it's so bad. This is like a toy version of a shovel made by tonka. It's not the size per se, as a short shovel can be useful, but this thing is so cheap it's only going to last if you are digging a hole at the beach or in a flower bed with loose mulch soil.

I started gardening just a couple of months ago. And this is one of the best investment & gardening tools that I have purchased so far. Easy to put together, sturdy and very useful in the garden for planting flowers and bulbs.
