The plastic is soft so use a hand wrench to tighten bolts and use the largest washers possible. Do not use impact driver or the plastic will tear. I used large washers on the plastic snap rivets also.

Only a few of the holes lined up, and the remainder I had to drill to fit. It did end up fitting after modification, but if I had done it over, I would have found a factory splash guard.
