The assembly on this tab and slot style construction shelf was easy enough. It's epoxy/powder coated with a durable enough finish, however the metal is thinner than I would like for the weight claims they are making. I would recommend loading it a little under half that. It's this factor that keeps it from be a firm recommendation from me.

I needed some shelving to get some stuff off of the floor in my garage, so I decided to give this a try. It arrived in perfect condition. Assembly was very fast and easy with clear instructions and all you need to complete the job. They sit nice, level, and steady. I'm not sure what the weight capacity is, but I've probably got close to 100 lbs on it right now with no issues or worries. They are nice enough that I do and will get more.

I needed a sturdy place to organize all my garage tools and boxes, so I got these garage shelves. Assembly was pretty straightforward, which was great because they don’t require screws. I just had to hammer them into place, and it went up fairly quickly. Just a heads up, it’s quite noisy if you hammer at night, so I did it during the day to keep the neighbors happy. The design makes it a bit tricky to move around, though. If you try lifting it wrong, it could all fall apart since it relies on that interlocking structure instead of screws. It’s definitely not something you can shift by yourself; you’d need at least another strong person to help. If they could get the price lower, that would be a nice bonus.Pros- Easy installation without needing screws- Quick assembly process- Sturdy once set upCons- Lots of hammering required- Can’t be installed at night to avoid noise- Difficult to move without help- Structure may fall apart if lifted incorrectly- Could be cheaper

These shelves are functional enough but I wouldn't want to say they're heavy duty, they're a bit wobbly.Assembly is simple but kind of dumb, it's basically just pounding it together with an included hammer. But they work, I just am disappointed in their kind of flimsy build quality.

I got one leg set, it fell apart, the thin metal bent, it will have to be repaired in order to set it up. I put it back in the box for now. I’d return it, but it’s heavy and will be difficult to take it to UPS

I was very skeptical about the structural integrity of this garage shelving thinking there would be plastic but I was pleasantly wrong. This is infact a great quality all aluminum frame minus the feet and corner pieces. It came with simple instructions but it was not what was included in the box and seems made for a larger sized shelving with included angle pieces. Unfortunately this unit does not have angle pieces for added strength. Also to note is the shelving pan or flat sheet of metal used for the shelving also has added aluminum beam plate along length ways to prevent buckling an bowing in the center of the shelf Which is an added bonus. All in all I was extremely surprised in the quality of this storage rack and for the price that they are asking for is a steal.

This shelving set really comes with everything you need including the white gloves. It says it can hold up to 2k pounds of things, which is great but I don’t think I would put that much weight on it. I just needed to it to get some things off the ground in my new shed. I would say it is really not heavy duty, it is not a super strong metal like you imagine, it is more that those aluminum book case. Overall, it is what I need for my shed and it really looks nice.

Everyone who has "stuff" needs a place to keep it. Vertical expansion, via shelving, can provide, at least, a partial solution. I normally prefer units which are at least 60" tall in order to maximize the floor space the unit occupies. However, in this instance, a lower height was required.Delivery required 5 days which was just as expected based on the estimated delivery date. The shelf and its factory package were in good shape. This unit can be assembled with just a rubber hammer. (Or, with the tiny plastic hammer which is included. The metal is fairly thin so easy on the home-run swings.) Tapping each shelf support into place is fairly easy: Just align the "rivets" in the proper holes in the 4 corner supports and tap the shelf supports home. Make sure to install the supports right-side up. You'll need a solid surface to work on because the lower ends of those corner supports need to be (guess what?) "supported" as you tap the shelf supports into place. (A nicely finished floor is not a good choice unless you protect it properly.) Basically, just decide where each of the three shelves will go, find and mark those positions on the corner supports and install the four shelf supports of each shelf. No hardware required.By the way, this unit is all steel. No particle board. The frame and shelves are steel. But, these units are not heavy duty, in my opinion. The metal used for the shelf, and corner supports, is fairly thin and no capacity rating is furnished per shelf or for the entire unit. (At least, none that I could find.)
