Before you dive in, we suggest taking a quick peek at the manual to make sure you’re all set. About 8 hours before your show, check the battery—if low, charge it with no more than 5V 500mA charger. If not in use for a while, turn off the wireless system to keep it in good condition.

What should I do if I experience interference during use, and how do I switch channels?

If you run into interference, just press the “catch” button on the transmitter once to switch channels. The FW2D has 18 channels, so this should help you find a clearer signal.
Why is there no sound even though the pairing was successful?

Try holding down the “catch” button on the transmitter to re-pair it. Also, check if there are any devices interfering with the 2.4GHz signal. Make sure the transmitter and receiver plugs are securely connected too.
How do I pair the FW2D wireless guitar system?

Once both the transmitter and receiver are powered on, just hold down the “catch” button on the transmitter and receiver until the pairing light starts flashing. It’ll automatically search, and when the light stays solid, you're paired!
Can multiple receivers pick up the signal from one transmitter at the same time?

Yes, one transmitter can connect to up to 6 receivers, but they all need to be the same model—FW2D. When pairing, put all the receivers into pairing mode first, then put the transmitter into pairing mode. Once everything’s paired, you're good to go!
What devices could interfere with the FW2D?

FW2D runs on 2.4GHz, which may face interference from 2.4GHz devices like Wi-Fi router, wireless mice. But compared to others, it's intelligent frequency modulation quickly minimizes disruptions. If interference persists, move away from the source.

Wouldn't work for amp guitar input although cable works. Did work on amp CD input but it has no sound control linked to it like all amps have. Had to return. Need one that works in the guitar input. Peavey Rage 158 amp.
