Bolted right up to a Predator 212. The metal even welds pretty well.

I absolutely love how this looks! I still want to install a support bar but it see.s very sturdy and reinforced vs the other mufflers! I had a similar color short straight pipe installed but that was obnoxiously loud on a 196cc and sounded like a bubble machine at idle.This muffler was easy to install, sounds amazing, fits great, and the volume is much more manageable.

Like other reviews the muffler did pop off I tried thread locking it also no success. But by putting a 1/8-in rivet in it after I screwed together problem solved works perfect.

It was easy to install and sounded pretty decent, although it unfortunately broke in under a month. It failed under the heat of a long ride (roughly 5 miles long) after about 2 weeks of use. After this being the 3rd exhaust on my minibike, I finally decided to go to gopowersports and get a real header pipe and it’s worked great for the past 3 - 4 months. Conclusion is, this header is not meant for high heat or long rides.

This header pipe and muffler fit my 212 swapped ct100. I heated and bent it a little to fit closer to the frame. Then painted it with high heat paint. Wrapped it with the fiberglass wrap and made a small mount to brace the end before the muffler. 10/10 I locked the lock ring on the correct way with big pliers and I haven’t had a single issue. It quiets the bike down compared to a straight piper but it’s still pretty loud.

After about 4 hours of riding, the muffler broke off at the welding near the threads.
