Looks nice, holds plenty of books and is relatively cheap. However, it is just that: cheap. Some of the "wood grain" decoration was chipped off upon opening the box, and the screws don't sit flush against the sides. It's made of press board, so kind of weak and flimsy. However, for a cheap book shelf or a stop gap until you get/make a nicer one, this does everything a book shelf should.

A useful bookcase that takes about an hour to construct but follow the instructions carefully and make certain the nails are in exactly the right place before hammering in or they will split the inside wood. The piece looks fine and provides useful storage but it’s not the same as a fully wooden case. Still, it’s cheap enough.

Nice light weight bookcase. I did feel the shelves were not tall or deep enough for my college textbooks. Will work good for a normal size book.

Sometimes these self-assemble furniture items come with non-sensical assembly instructions. But this one didn't! Thank you. Very easy to assemble, and very sturdy, elegant.

It was perfect for what I needed. It was easy to build, I’m normally not good at building stuff like this but I had it built within 20 minutes. If you tighten everything well, it doesn’t wobble or anything it’s sturdy. The feel of it is definitely cheap and you can tell it’s not real wood, but I feel like it’s advertised as that and it’s what I expected when purchasing. It looks great, and it’s a great size.

Guys this is an easy build, However, I was extremely inebriated when I decided to build it. Due to being under the influence of a wonderful THC drink, I made some questionable choices. Let us go over them, shall we? For starters I put the backboard on backward, we love that. Because the backboard requires hammering in nails, instead of screws, it would be very hard for sober me to trifle with, so I left it. Mistake number 2, if you look at the image I have attached you can see that the bottom board has the crappy compressed wood facing up instead of the fake wood pattern. Finally, we have mistake number 3, Again we have the crappy compressed wood showing on the top board towards the front-facing edge. One may think "how could you mess this up so badly?" and to that I say, well my partner in crime was my drunk husband and we built this at 8 pm on a Friday soooo. Also, peep my book collection. It may be small now but one day I will have a mini library. yes, I know the Twilight series is corny but I don't care. I recommend the Hate you give if you are into the BLM movement. I read this book 5 times and every time I sobbed and was moved by this story. Also, the movie DID NOT do this book justice, so don't let that stop you from reading it. The next series on recommend on my bookshelf is the Scyth Trilogy. This book is for people who enjoy futuristic concepts as well as the utopia/Dystopia concepts. Truly a fascinating read, especially since AI is developing at a fast rate these days. This book has its own advanced AI that is truly something else.

So I bought this shelf for my essential oil collection. I was happy with the price and the reviews were pretty good with the oddball bad ones (which every single product has). I decide why not for I will not be putting super heavy stuff on this shelf. I get it and built it 💪 and seriously am happy 😊. It's a perfect size for my oils and books 📚 (which I don't have many) on essential oils. Now I just need to place all my stuff on it nicely . If I would recommend this product ? YES! Not for heavy big books 📚 but for small weightless stuff yes. Listen you pay for what you get and gor what I needed this is perfect for me . DBAKSIAA 📚😊❤️👍🐈🐸🐸

The description implies it is made of pine....it is actually particle board!!! The backerboard for stabilizing against side to side movement is 3 pieces TAPED together!!
