Have worn this cap under helmet and on its own and it does fairly well at catching sweat. It’s a great looking hat and its construction is fairly sturdy. Comfortable and fits fairly standard for a cycling cap. Value is there and it does all the things that a more expensive hat would. Good way to get a cap without breaking the bank.

Let's face it, most cycling caps are tiny. This one is really a one size fits most. My hat size is typically a 7 5/8- sometimes 3/4" and it doesn't leave a mark on my forehead. glad that I got this and will get a couple more for the summer time.

This cap is a stretchy cap and head fit is not a problem. It absorbs a lot of perspiration and water vapor on these foggy morning bicycle rides. I love the bright red color.
