So the whole thing isn’t weighted just a strip that goes over the shoulders??? Like to hold it in place. Very soft though

I bought this for my son. Turns out it won't work for his needs, but it seems to be well made and a great idea overall. But that's not the end of the story. My son finally let me know that this product won't work about 34 days after we received it -too late for an Amazon return.I decided to contact the seller about my issue and see what could be done. They were amazing. They replied to my request almost immediately and told me I could return it any time within 90 days of purchase. It's awesome to see a company back their customers and their products! Good job Fun and Function! I wish all companies were like you!!
