WHAT ARE THE PHENOMENA CAUSED BY DAMAGED INJECTORS?

THE CORRECT INSTALLATION AND USE OF AUTOMOTIVE FUEL INJECTORS：

- The disassembly and installation of the injection nozzle must be in a certain order, and the use of special tools, no knocking and random disassembly.
- Repair and maintenance of the injector should be placed in a clean place to so as not to the enter of mechanical impurities.
- Nozzle installation, nozzle disassembly, modification, and nozzle additional decorative coating is strictly prohibited.
- Has been repaired before the installation of the nozzle, must be cleaned in light diesel fuel, especially in the plane of the joint nut, can not be left with any fine impurities.
- Clear the carbon in the injector seat hole.
- Installed on the engine, should pay attention to the location of the injector nozzle, do not forget to put the gasket, so as not to affect the heat dissipation and the normal work of the injector nozzle.

Maybe I was unlucky and the product generlly turns out good. But the faulty injector could have cost me the car because it's caugth Fire. And we gave to use water to put it out. And then be very carfully to dry up all the water.Thanks God he didnt allow it. These pieces must pass strict quality control

1/2 are litterly assembled wrong obvious 0 quality control. See photos 1 is backwards. so installed and 1 pissed fuel out of the body had to re use one of the working old ones, wouldn't buy again.
