To get perfect fit you must grind the three bottom vanes in the corners of the grill to keep from scraping the paint when you got the clearance touch up the paint it will fit and look perfect

Grill showed up quickly and in good shape. It came with all hardware necessary to put it on. Very easy to install. It only took 30 minutes to do. You do have to remove the Chevy emblem, which is simple to do. If you have a license plate mount, it will have to come off to put on the lower grill and then put back on.
