This bed was purchased due to my surgery. Tracking the item for delivery was crazy and was a good thing I ordered it super early! On a good note, arrived in time to assemble it before my surgery date. The assembly was super easy than expected. I had the bed in use for only 4 weeks and with the constant up / down movement I am surprised the motor hasn’t burned out as mentioned in a lot of the previous reviews. I am a little bummed the massager is only at 2 points (left foot and right side of my head) kind of a waste because it only vibrates very lightly. Then again I did ordered a 10” memory foam mattress. Overall I gave it a 4 star because the bed is helping while I’m recovering. I will be sure to follow up if anything goes wrong. 😁

AT first a was skeptical of the item to purchase for my mom,, AND WOW I MADE THE PERFECT CHOICE,, she loves it its such a great investment ,, If you have issues with your back , seniors whom have health issues this BED WILL DEFENETLY HELP AND YOU WILL SEE THE DIFFERENCE ,, I've had it and its EXCELLENT NO ISSUES,,, HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED,,If you plan on purchasing a bed get this one and very very very easy to install. no hassles..

It was very simple to put together, but very heavy. Best to be lifted by 2 people. Made very well. I hope that it will last a long time. So far I am very impressed. Thank you for making such an awesome product at a very good price.

It’s a nice easy to assemble base but the messaging feature is so loud. It also shakes the floor, especially if you are on the second floor it will shake the floor below you.

I would take away half a star for the vibrating feature. It is backward on my frame, (and yes I have it the right way as there is a bar at the foot end) Not a huge deal as I don't really use it. If you are wondering which side to order for charging port, I ordered a "right" and it is on my right when laying in bed.
