I ordered this OEM filter replacement for my Frigidaire 14,000 btu portable AC unit. I always like to have at least one extra filter on hand for when I need it.For the current price of $30, I feel that this small, thin filter is pretty overpriced. I think $15 or less would be more in line with what you get. I think I might check if there are less expensive alternatives going forward.I hope this was somewhat helpful.

This filter fits FHPF142AC1 properly. It is a flexible open-cell sheet of foam. It is ridiculously expensive at over 30 dollars for a piece of foam.

This is the go-to replacement filter for the Frigidaire 14,000 BTU air conditioner. It fits and it is OEM. Nothing much to say except stay cool and hydrated this summer, everybody!

Filter feels durable and looks like plastic that can be cleaned out with air compressor. We used this for the summer and I have before and after pics attached. It wasn’t as dirty as I thought it would be but it worked and less dirt on the inside and that’s what I got it for.So far this is recommended to protect the coils on the AC unit.

I know that this probably sounds crazy— but it works WONDERFULLY! I have a Midea 13,500 BTU free-standing/rolling AC window unit in my bedroom.The primary filter on the back of the unit is *awful* to try and just “rinse-it clean” (unless I use my Dawn spray-soap + a flexible bristle brush similar to a toothbrush, which takes forever!).Living in Southwest AZ— dust accumulates inside of my condo— and in HUGE amounts, every single day. The filter that came with my AC unit is starting to fall apart from cleaning it so often, but I obviously cannot (WILL NOT) operate my unit without the filter. Plus, other than the filters that come with it…I love my AC unit!This filter *just* so happened to be the PERFECT SIZE for my AC unit…so when I saw how well it worked in my friend’s Frigidaire AC…I went ahead & ordered one for my AC, too!😂 I wasn’t expecting greatness. But if it saves me time -and- money…it’s worth a shot, right?!That said…this filter has been a GODSEND!🙌🏻I am seriously sooooo pleased with it.• It's a million times easier to clean than any other (reusable*) filter I’ve ever owned.• Because of its intricate webbing design, it almost looks like something one could 3D-print. Many, many layers of delicate webbing.• I typically take it out of my unit 2x/week— spray some Dawn on it— and rinse it clean with my kitchen sprayer nozzle + a little bit of cool water! WHA-LA!✨ Good as new😍• My fiancé & I are breathing noticeably easier, and I’m spending 1/4 of the time cleaning all of the air filters throughout my home. It’s a win-win!11/10. Highly recommended!5 out of 5 stars 🌟 And I WILL be purchasing this filter again!
