Covers my whloe nipple and areola. Provides instant relief right out of the refrigerator. Very sticky so they don't move around in my bra. Only downfall is they are single use only.

The Medela ones are so much nicer. These ones barely stay in the same spot after you remove them to pump/feed once. Not worth the purchase.
