I bought this as an award for co-workers to celebrate restaurant workers during the pandemic - when all of our actual contests and normal incentives were suddenly gone. I had a miscommunication with the seller of this item - which was not their fault, and they went above and beyond to fix the problem. They not only did this promptly, but really listened to my problem to ensure 100% accuracy! I would recommend this company to everyone!! The product was a great quality too!!! Overall, this purchase was a win for both my co-workers AND for JKK!!! Excellent job!!

This is absolutely beautiful! For the price, it's a steal! Tammy was so easy to work with , got back to me with answers to questions right away as she knew I was in a time crunch. I will be using Tammy again as her work ethic is on point the the product is just perfect! Heavy, crystal, everything I'd hoped for!
