Customer service is great. One of the locks jammed & would not open. I emailed them & they immediately sent me a replacement. That means a lot to me. The numbers are hard to see. I use them under good lighting . First time using a lock of this kind. Once I figured out how to change combination & which side to use they are a keeper. Will put them to test in Sept.

I just used these 2 locks on a trip to California last week and they both performed exactly as they should. Made of heavy duty material does not feel or look like a cheap product. Setting the code was quick and easy. I recommend this product if your in the market for a sturdy lock.

I travel frequently and purchased this lock for securing the zippers on my Samsonite bag. The cable fits the zippers well. The combination was easy to set. I've had no issues with the functionality of the locking mechanism over 30+ uses. The TSA has opened my bags for inspection in transit and they were apparently able to do so without cutting these locks off my bag. I would recommend these locks to anyone looking to keep bags secured during travel. Affordable, functional and durable.

Though one of the locks didn't work when it arrived, I'm still giving this product 5-Stars!! I left a message with Fosmon regarding this issue and they responded the very next day. A new lock was expedited to me without question. Based on customer service alone, these locks are well worth it. Plus, they work great, seem very secure and are small enough not to be obtrusive.

I ordered these for myself and for my girlfriends who are all starting our medical field work and we're assingmed lockers at certain hospitals. They're simple and easy! They get the job done and we all like look of them. I'll update this review if anything changes (they break or fall apart) but otherwise we're happy with the product and the price we paid.
