This display is a great fit for the frame and structurally sound. I'm disappointed in the display quality. The colors are washed out and the pixel density is questionable. There is also a large mask band around the edges of the display that robs you of usable space. Top and bottom you lose 1/2" and sides you lose 1/4" total. Least vibrant display I've ever purchased.

If you are planning on repairing your phone for long term use I would recommend a oem screen from ifixit that retail for $100-150. But if your going to use your phone for a year or two I would recommend this but this screen is prone to breaking ez but this isn't really a issue solely about this but many about all 3rd party screens of this matter. This screen is pretty good for the price but if you have the money for a oem screen I would highly recommend you buy a oem screen.

No one was willing to work on my son's Motorola Edge 5G uw 2021. Since it's not a "mainstream" phone. Gimme a break.I decided to do this myself. I've NEVER done it before. And the price was unbeatable.I looked up various YouTube tutorials on specific steps.THERE ARE NO INSTRUCTIONS WITH THIS KIT. Not that I expected there to be any. Especially as this kit works on multiple models.The hardest part was removing the battery.In newere phones, every piece is GLUED DOWN.Having a heat source and some electronics grade isopropyl alcohol will be helpful to you in removing each piece.I'd did NOT have these things, so it was waaaayyyyyy more difficult. But, with some patience and an old credit card... I did it!Let me tell you. After 4.5 hours (I'm an amateur, remember)... The Dopamine rush of having the phone turn on and work perfectly... Priceless and Unbeatable. 😊I'm SO happy with this product!!! It worked like a dream! Just make sure you have the following things:YouTube, cell phone friendly adhesive, a decent mini screwdriver (the one in the kit is meh), and PATIENCE.Thank you to this company for making self-repair a reality!!! Super quality product!!!
