My laptop had problems with the right arrow and down arrow keys. Sometimes they worked but with increasing frequency, they didn't!This keyboard assembly wasn't too expensive so I got it, thinking if it didn't work, I am not out a lot of money.It took a couple of hours to remove everything from the original keyboard assembly and then, in reverse order, attach to this new keyboard assembly.The results are fantastic!The laptop is almost like new again!

Nice that for these older units we can still find replacement parts. Original keyboard cracked at edge. You need to be careful with removal and replacement when fixing. Read the on line manual.

good packaging, fast shipping and the part worked to replace keyboard. the topcase does have to be swapped but this is a better option than replacing keyboard which is glued and heated together.would recommend to someone needing a new keyboard on one of these models-Mark-New Mexico USA
