I like how the screen protector is invisible to everyone around you. Nobody can’t see what you are doing or watching what you’re looking at on your iPod.

So that other review that says this screen protector doesn't hide anything is wrong. More than likely that person has their screen brightness up too high. That's a key factor in how much of your screen gets hidden from snoops. The lower your brightness, the better works, so if you want maximum effectiveness, be prepared to adjust your screen brightness depending on where you currently are. You want it to be at the minimum brightness that you can still see it. That means a little bit higher when you're outside, a little bit lower when you're inside, and the lowest possible at night.One side effect with this product that I wasn't aware of until I put this on is that if you have a white ipod, it's going to make it look like a black one, so if you enjoy having a white ipod, be ready to give that up. Once you put this screen protector on, it's going to look like you have a black ipod. That's just what it does, it is what it is. I didn't know that until now, but you won't be able to see the white color anymore.Otherwise, yeah it's a good protector. People to the left and right of you can't see your screen, but people directly in front of and behind you can. Again just remember that your level of brightness = your levels of privacy. The higher the brightness the easier it is for people to still see your screen, the lower you make your brightness the better privacy you get.

It doesn't hide anything. I ended up taking it off because it was really pointless.
