Did not excite my party guestsI wrote the original review in 2024, then in March 2025 I received an email from this saying they were refunding my money, wow was I surprised. I never asked for a refund and they asked for nothing in return for the credit they were just giving good customer service.

I added a few of these to each little treat for my officemates. ( with a copy of the cover and the explanation ) and two have come to me to say they are challenged, and glad to have had the gift.I tried one myself ... and it is certainly challenging. I connected up two and a half, of the four corner-small square images. It was a chance purchase, and I thought it odd that it is called a 'toy' -- though maybe it is something one will 'play' with and work with for an hour.

These are challenging yet fun. Really great way to shift your focus when you need a break. My husband loves these and has now competed the 1st edition and about half of this one. We've got the 3rd book as well, and hope they come out with others soon.

I bought the first set for Christmas and gave it to my teenage son. It was not long before I ordered the next one for me, because he wouldn't share. These are great in so many ways. Easy to begin, holds up to dozens of attempts to solve (if necessary), and challenging to everyone. The attempts on each puzzle build on each other because of the way the back is colored. So you might get the front lined up correctly, but the back still needs solving. Sometimes I can solve the back, or the front, but not both.In that sense, I'd say this is a rubik's cube combined with origami. Folding in order is important, but you can see where you need to change the steps. It's really a great experience.

I got these as a gift for my husband who loves puzzles, and oragami. He had the first foldology and was so excited to see this one come out. The puzzles get increasingly harder as you go along. The paper iteslf is easy to fold, but the puzzles give your brain a run for its money! When you are finished folding each paper, if you have done it correctly, a picture will be all that you see.A Simple concept made into an amazing brain game. Very good product, and fun to use!

I finished the first Foldology series and had to write to the company to beg for more. Now comes Foldology 2 and even 3! I bought series 2 and started right in on them. I definitely agree with the recommendation to start with Series 1, because this set assumes you have a good idea of how to turn your folds. I especially like this Series 2 because the paper has been changed to one that is quite a bit thinner, allowing crisp and more accurate folds. If you like origami, you will love these puzzles.
