For those who haven't used a flush connector on your Yamaha Waverunners, remember you have to press down as you turn it clockwise to lock it in place. To remove, you must push down as your turn counter-clockwise to disconnect.As for this unit, it works great, no leaking issues, good fit, seats in easily yet securely, love the hose extension as it allows me to have my flush soap connector outside of the hull, making it easier to operate.Build quality seems solid, well made and durable. Highly recommend for those Waverunner owners, especially if you need some flexibility in terms space working inside the hull of you watercraft.The only negative, be careful with the shut-off valve at the end of the hose. It works great, but it's easy to accidentally turn on or off if you aren't careful, so pay attention while you connect and disconnect this connector that you don't accidentally move the shut-off valve.Overall, very happy and highly recommend!

This is a nice Yamaha engine flush kit. What is particularly useful, of course, is the ball valve which allows you to shut off the water at the jet ski, and not way back at the hose bib.

This flush adapter works great, however the o-ring in the tip is too big. If you leave this o-ring, it will be too hard to insert and remove and eventually you’ll break off the ears that hold it in place. To fix this, just take the o-ring off of the original flush adapter and place it on this one. Then it will insert and remove as it should.Once the fix is made, this flush adapter works as expected. It’s completely leak free, and has the added bonus of being able to turn off the water without getting off the boat. My flush procedure is to start dry, then flush while on the hose, then turn off the water to let the exhaust blow the remaining water out of the waterbox. This flush hose makes it easy.Minus one star for the improper o-ring

I operate my jetski on a river that feeds into a salty bay. Therefore, there is a decent amount of brackiness that moves upstream and the jetski needs to be flushed each time it is used to avoid corrosion. This is a nice upgrade, as it is heavier duty than the little plastic adaptor the marina gave me. I especially like that there is a shut-off valve here, so I don't have to walk back to hose to turn it on. For the price, this adds a lot of convenience.

I think anyone owning a PWC needs to have a backup flush system around just in case you break one or miss bringing it along on your weekend getaway. This flush valve is OK and works fine, but not as good as it could. On my larger FXSHO, it hits the body as the flush valve is in the rear hatch. On the VXr, it fits better, but still hits the side in some instances. If the shut off were further back on the hose, this would be much better. As for the flush fitting itself, it works fine. Not quite as secure as my OEM one, but does the job. So, as a backup, this kit is great and it now lives in the PWC so I have a spare anytime I need it.
