Worked fine on installation. Used infrequently for a year. I heard a humming noise coming from room where it was. Motor was on frozen and getting hot. I unplugged. I'll replace with something else . I've had 2 Hartells before it which each lasted about 4 years. I have to find something better. Maybe more money but cheaper in the long run.

The instructions just need to be a little easier to understand, especially the plug with the relay.

The installation of this pump was annoying:1. The threaded connections on the pump and check valve are not very good. The installation directions say to use 1 turn of PTFE tape and to tighten to 1/2 a turn past hand tight. Every connection leaked at this spec. I had to use rectorseal 5 and tighten much more than 1/2 a turn.2. The strainer that was sent with this pump traps air bubbles beneath it so that the level sensor isn't triggered. I had to remove the strainer which now would lead to issues with the pump getting solids in it.3. The check valve treads were especially loose. I bottomed them out with my hand. With PTFE tape it leaked so I used rectorseal 5 and it no longer leaked.4. The ball valve is not the correct valve to use for flow control. The unit should ship with a gate valve or globe valve. With the ball valve it is impossible to match the flow rate of the faucet because of the non-lineage CV of ball valves.5. Overall, it seems like the manufacturer has little experience with their own equipment. If they had spent a few weeks installing these pumps they would see how their poor quality affects their installation time and value. Finally, this pump is loud. I can hear it everywhere in my house when it turns on. For such a high cost pump I was anticipating it being quieter.

This pump works well. One issue that is not clear with the installation instruction is to make sure that the 1-1/4 valve and check valve is installed vertical BELOW the sink's bottom. Otherwise, water backflows into the sink. It's important that the check valve is below the sink.

The pump did not work as delivered. I tried to call the HELP line but it is only in service 9-5, M-F and I called on Saturday (when I installed it). I had to take apart the water level switch and make an adjustment. Not what I expected for the price.
