Contacted mac auto parts directly before ordering to clarify whether square chrome exhaust tips for CX-9 were included or not in this package as they are in a similar one. Since they weren't shown in the picture but appeared to be stated in the parts list details. Was assured that they were and if they weren't they would be sent to me. Packages came, tips weren't there. Called back and informed them that the tips hadn't come. Was assured they would be sent out right away. Didn't arrive in a few days. Called back, they hadn't been sent. Was again assured that they would be. Package came this time, tips for CX-7 delivered instead. Called back, told them the wrong tips were sent, was informed that they couldn't send me the correct tips for my CX-9 now. Even though they have those exact tips in another package they offer. Gave me a $25 credit instead but I still didn't get the tips I needed. Could buy them for about $70 for the pair elsewhere but the point remains that mac auto parts failed to correct the problem satisfactorily. Would have given 4 stars if they had just sent the right tips but they deserved only 2 because of their significant failure and mishandling of this relatively simple issue.
