Your cart is empty.Bitzenburger/Zenith Fletching Jig and Clamp With Upgrade Kit. ◾Constructed of die cast alloy, this self-supporting fletching tool features a strong permanent magnet which allows for very precise and uniform placement of all feather and vanes. ◾Self-centering shaft cradle will accept and center any size shaft available today. ◾Large dials at the top and bottom of the magnet holder make it easy to adjust your angle of fletching within seconds, to fletch straight, offset or true right or left helical. ◾Feather spacing of 3 fletch 120 degrees, 4 fletch 75 degrees x 105 degrees, and 4 fletch 90 degrees can be selected by a slight screw adjustment. Optional nock receivers available to achieve 60 degrees x 120 degrees 4 fletch or 120 degrees 3 fletch cock vane down or up. ◾The clamp is help at a 45 degrees angle so the arrow maker will have a clear view of the fletching at all times. ◾All metal parts. ◾Comes complete with wrenches and instruction sheet This Product comes complete with the Zenith Bitzenburger Upgrade Kit Installed: Zenith Archery Products has introduced a new upgraded nock receiver for your Bitzenburger fletching jig. The replacement body will fit directly into your jig and will still adjust for all three different fletching patterns. The original receiver held the arrow only by a loose fit on the nock. The new receiver comes with two inserts which are held into the body by a long screw which is tightened through the rear of the receiver and will hold the arrows directly, without slippage. X & H nock bushings are NOT INCLUDED

Product is great. Upgrade kit is nice. Description says instructions and wrench are included but it didn't come with them. It's nice that they preinstalled the upgrade kit, but they didn't include the original parts so I can't use the jig with Nock-on. If I knew this was the case I would have bought the original jig and upgrade kit separately from a different seller. I contacted the seller about these three issues (missing instructions, wrenches, original parts) but they simply wrote back saying product doesn't come with original parts.

This jig is quality built. It is very precise if used with attention. (Note you will need to purchase a sleeve for X nocks). With the sleeve I mark where the end of the shaft stops on the sleeve with a sharpy to be consistent and to not push the shaft on to far to damage one or the other which helps pulling the arrow off the sleeve with ease. The sleeve is tapered so you can only push it on so far anyways. I also mark the clamp to match vane placement. I have the regular Bitzenburger jig also and I feel I can get the same result as the Zenith but the Zenith has less play with the sleeve adapter. I also have a Last chance Archery Vane master pro which I love but I prefer the ease of use of the Bitzenburger. The design of the Bitzenburger is simple and efficient and worth the money
