I've never fletched arrows before and was able to set this up in only a few minutes and get great results. Very solid with quality construction. I'll give the product a 5 star rating but I had to order it four times to get it to ship for some reason. Amazon kept sending a shipping delay notification and then the order would cancel a few days later even after I'd chosen to wait. The last order placed and was listed as Prime delivery and even then it was late to arrive. I'm reducing a star for the troube getting it.

This thing will work but you need to develop a talent for it. The instructions are terrible. It doesn't lock in to position like it should, but with a little experience and finesse you can make some good arrows.

I'm not building my own arrows, but being someone who likes to practice quite a bit, I do often find myself replacing Blazers on the regular, especially if I'm shooting broadheads (and not spacing myself appropriately). This basic jig provides the ability to quickly re-fletch and get that arrow back into the rotation. I would certainly watch a few Youtubes before going it alone on fletching, but if you're experienced in the space, this will meet initial needs.

I bought this jig for my first ever set of arrows. I’ve made 6 so far and I really like it. It’s simple to use. Also, you can create a slight offset if you adjust the set screws on the right side. Tighten the bottom set screw a couple turns and loosen the top one the same amount of rotations. All in all it’s awesome for a beginner like me and not bad on price. Sturdy and doesn’t feel cheap

I have a few fletching jigs two bohnings(complete tower$89 and multi fletcher$100) and bitz. The bohnings are not as accurate as the bitz but I like the tower for fast 3 fletch blazers installs. The multi is a over tight plastic(stamped metal base) and you have to push and hold things to get half decent accuracy. I like the complete tower because it’s fast and gets the job done with blazers. This is cheaper than the bitz and not quite out of the box as good but with a couple upgrades it’s better for a bit less money. It’s more solid so the base is better and the clamp is also just as good. One thing to do is to replace the finger tighten screws with better bolts with more leverage or drill a small hole though the center so you can tighten it with a tool by sliding it in the hole for more leverage. You can’t quite get it tight enough with fingers so they hold.Second install a very thin washer between the screw and the base contact. This added even more leverage holding better but also easier to unscrew. Do that and it’s as good if not slightly better than a bitz for the money. But I wish more as much money as I got in 4 jigs I just bought a firenock or the last chance pro jig. Even at $300 it’s cheaper than I paid for all these. I can live with this one for a while and if I need helical I have the bohnings. But 2 degree offset works well for 90% of my arrows especially if I 4 fletch them. The 3 Broadheads I use all stabilize out to 70 yards with 2 degree 3 & 4 fletch. Hope there’s not too many typos because I’m not proofing this.

I have been involved in the sport of archery for over 20 years and have fletched arrows for around that long as well. I have an older molded plastic jig that worked well enough, but was just getting a little loose and there was a lot of glue buildup on the clamp which was getting hard to completely remove - so it was time for a new jig. To avoid the issues with glue on the clamp I wanted to get a metal one but at the same time not break the bank. This is one solid well made, all metal, fletching jig and at about $40 less than then most popular metal fletching jig on the market. It can do three or four fletching configurations and is very easy to setup for an offset - although there are no markings for setting the offset angle which would have been nice. It does not do helix which one of the reviewers mentioned. It only does offset and comes with just a straight clamp. Helix requires a special clamp and I am not sure if the manufacturer makes one. Just something to be aware of before you purchase this device.Even so it does everything a good fletching jig should. The base is real heavy gauge metal as are all the components. The magnets for holding the clamp are super strong. It was something I was concerned about since it is not a full flat plate like most others, but that concern was unwarranted. And it is made of metal so if glue gets on the clamp it can be wiped or scrapped off without doing any damage. Plus it has a real nice finish and comes in different colors which, while not important, is pretty cool.I see this thing lasting a lifetime at least and have no problem recommending it to anyone who is looking for a serious well made fletching jig and does not want to spend $100 or more.

Well built and designed jig with flexible adjustments, even for offset angles. Works without issue on my shafts and fletchings. I recommend it. It should last a lifetime.
