I bought this after some research into a noise i was hearing in my F150(Vaccum leak type noise near hubs.). I installed this checkvalve was into the truck and unfornately it didnt seem to fix the problem i was having. Took the truck it to the dealer since we were uanble to fix the problem ourselves. I had told them i had just put in a new check valve. They found failed IWEs and changed them but the noise still persisted just less frequently. After taking it back to them yet again they found that this new checkvalve was not functioning (air flows thru in both directions and it should not). This was noticed only a month and a half after purchase, and i suspect it was bad from the getgo. They replace the checkvalve with a a new one that actually works. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

I watched a YouTube video about my truck making a grinding noise. This is the fix. Replaced the check valve and vacuum lines. This has been installed for 2 weeks and no more noise. Good price and easy install.

I was having a binding while turning left and clicking noise at high speeds. Reading online found it might be this or the IWE selenoid, so I replaced both. The selenoid was a Ford part because I didn't want to chance it, but replacing both of these parts resolved my issue.

It fixed the issue with the grinding IWE. $30 is a cheap fix. Need to carry a spare from now on. This issue is all to common in the F-150.
