Item was cheaper than the shipping & handling fee of 75.77 and I am a PRIME member? Why was I charged so much?Very disappointed with the barrel as the tickets are coming out when rolling the barrel.Not worth the money I paid

It stated it would fit 5000 raffle ticket. Not even 1/2 was in the drum and it did not spin the tickets for fairness. In the process of sending it back
