Very thin coating, spotted in areas. And had a deep scratch on one panel.

I’m very happy with this product. I had some rust on my CJ7 rocker panels and didn’t really want to invest $1200 to have it professionally repaired. I scraped it, put rust killer on it and riveted this black diamond plating on. It took me an hour and fits well. I actually like the look better! The back of the panel tucks in under the fender (single bolt to loosen). I used clamps to hold it on place, drilled 1/8 holes and rivets to install. I painted the rivets black with a marker. I wish I’d done this sooner!

Very nice fit w/ no surprises, great finish. Time will tell how good the prep was before the PC...
