Former Ford technician. Worked on plenty of f150s, especially the 2015 to 2017 with the gen2 5.0. Naturally, I drive a 2016 XLT 5.0 and after 126k I was delighted by the p2007 IMRC code. As per usual, the shaft that drives the bank 2 sensor rusted and snapped and the only fix is replacing the whole intake manifold. The FOMOCO assembly is ridiculously expensive, so I figured I would try this out. My ONLY gripes are one of the supploed bolts didn't come with it's crush sleeve and it does not come with new injector rings.You need a pick, needle nose pliers, 8mm, 10mm, ring clamp tool, vacuum, compressed air, and enough light to sort yourself out. No need to drain coolant. Give yourself 2 hours so you can be artsy enough to clean the intake ports on the heads.Comes with all the items on the back of the I take and it's easy to transfer the items on the front.

Direct replacement of oem intake manifold. So far so good! Manifold runner rods on this one are much better design! Cleared my CEL and got my power back!

Bought this because I had the unlucky intake manafold issue with my 5.0 F150 took the old one out put the new one in works as expected maybe have 300 miles on it after it's been replaced and have had no issues , packaging was proficient enough that it came with no issues and I live in Alaska so boxes coming up this way get a little beat up.

I ordered this from another seller. Replaced and found that my original DTC for Bank 1 was now giving me an new error DTC of Bank 2 after install. Removed and returned for refund. After a few days reviewing products I purchased from this seller. Installed.After 500+ miles, I still have no errors. This item worked as described. All good so far!

Manifold is complete and fairly easy to install for anyone with reasonable mechanical skills. I watched a you tube video, which saved me from disconnecting coolant lines.

This product came well packaged and exactly replaced the factory intake. It came with new actuators & diaphragms which saved time and failure concerns about transferring the old actuators. The original had a broken, driver side, actuator rod. Product quality looks good and is much less expensive than ordering from the dealer; plus, it came in quickly. The factory intakes are on a long term back-order.Full performance has been restored and my Daughter is once again happy with her truck.Cons: although the overall quality appears very good (perhaps better than OEM), beware of the soft, cheap intake mounting bolts. DO NOT over torque or they will snap like a pretzel. I'd like to say it's an easy job replacing the manifold; however, with vacuum lines and most of the electrical connectors being at the rear of the manifold and up against the firewall, reconnecting everything was more frustrating than the dismount, head prep & re-mounting of the manifold itself.I would recommend this product for replacement of failed, poorly engineered, factory intakes.

My husband got this intake manifold replacement for his Ford F-150 V8 with a coyote engine. He recently purchased this from a friend who did not want to do the intake swap on it and my husband knows how to do that so he was very excited to get it up and running! I do have to say you will want to look at the part numbers that it is compatible with and the models to make sure that yours matches up, but as long as you do that you will not regret this choice of an intake manifold! It came very well packed and secured so there was no damage whatsoever to the manifold. You could tell that it's brand new, and not a used resold part. All the materials that it is made out of are very excellent quality and it feels very heavy duty. It actually looks better and more sturdy than the previous intake manifold that was in the truck. This made swapping out the previous intake and absolute Breeze as this had all the required holes drilled in the correct places and it was 100% as described in the ad. All the measurements are 100% correct as well. Just an all-around very well made intake manifold! I definitely think that this is worth every penny especially after calling a bunch of local junk yards to see if we could find one that was used for cheaper. All of them were at least this price or above for a used one so we were thrilled to find a brand new one for this price! My husband definitely thinks it's worth every penny just by How Will made it is alone. Since installing it and swapping it out with the old intake manifold the truck runs smoother than ever! Works perfectly as it should! We really could not be happier! Got to give this a 10/10

Well, like many that are probably looking to buy this, I had the bank 2 IMRC code come up. Since Ford was just ridiculous to deal with to even try to get a replacement, then they put a stop sale on them because it’s such an issue, I turned to the aftermarket. There’s not much out there right now for aftermarket stock intakes, so when I came across this, I was skeptical at best, and to be honest, I’ve never ordered car parts off Amazon because you just don’t know what it’s gonna be. So, I chanced it, and, was surprised as hell. It matches the oem intake perfectly, to the weight of it, it’s not cheaply constructed, and where the IMRC snaps on the oem, the joint on this aftermarket one is actually beefed up. I’d highly recommend this, if you’re having this same issue. I’ve put 3000km on the truck since, and no issues.
