This coffee press works great! Some of the best coffee I've had and there is not grit or coffee grounds that pass through the filter. Just a little note you may want to boil water first then add coffee grounds or keep a close eye on it because the coffee will boil over and make a huge mess. Highly recommend and would buy again!
