This is a surprisingly nice microphone. Made of nearly all metal construction, it looks and feels like a quality device. It sounds quite good for podcasting, or social media productions and works well with either a standard audio interface or via USB connection. On both the computer, and the Android smartphone it is immediately detected and operational without any need to adjust settings or install any software. It offers strong rejection of sounds off axis, keeping your podcast sounding clear without much background noise. Be aware that you will need to supply a microphone stand, for desktop use fifine offers a couple of nice desk boom arms (BM66/BM88) that would be a perfect companion. It has typical control of plosives, and I would recommend a foam pop filter. I'm quite happy with this microphone, and consider it to be an excellent value.

If I could give it a zero I would. For a USB mic with XLR to not even be picked up by USB is ridiculous. Then there’s no support other than them telling you troubleshooting steps. I’m a computer engineer so no need for that but if you look up the issues line I should have before purchasing, you’ll see that this is an extremely common issue.I have 5 other great mics including Hyper-X and Rode and all work perfectly. Hell even a cheap one I bought from Temu works but this one doesn’t work. FFINE says 90 day return policy but if purchased on Amazon it’s only 30 so I was out of the country working when mine came in and stuck with an ugly paperweight now.Do as I will and research issues before purchasing.**Update 10/25 - Seller contacted me and sent replacement and was extremely helpful. The fact that they contacted me when they didn’t have to (one bad rating wouldn’t impact much) shows that they actually care. Even though the bad mic wasn’t their fault, I’d easily do business with them again just based on the stellar customer service.

It delivers rich, rounded audio that's perfect for everything from podcasting to streaming. Another thing is its versatility in connection options. You can start with USB for plug-and-play straight to your computer and when you're ready, easily upgrade to XLR for more professional setups. There's a headphone jack for real-time monitoring, so you can always hear exactly what's being recorded.Adjusting your audio levels is a breeze too cause You can control mic gain and headphone volume directly on the microphone itself, without needing to dive into your computer settings mid-recording.The all-metal body feels very durable and I love the minimal branding.Overall, whether you're a content creator, podcaster, or just looking to upgrade your audio setup, the FIFINE XLR Dynamic Microphone is a solid choice.

This mic is a tank with its all-metal build, the USB and XLR connection gives users the flexibility to use the mic in their preferred option, but also makes it super beginner friendly for those who doesn’t have an XLR cable, a simple plug and play option with USB-C.Sound wise to my ears, it doesn’t have a lot of bass but rather focus on a more well-rounded balanced audio, which is exactly what FIFINE intended. None of the frequencies will sound super offensive for listeners and will be easy on the ears for sure.Overall, this mic packs a punch for its price and can easily competes against other mics above its price bracket. The only small negative I have with this is that I wish the mute/ unmute button still works with XLR connection but unfortunately that’s only for USB-C.

For the price point here you cannot go wrong with this item. Out of the box the mic sounds fantastic and it is simply plug and play. You get the option of using USB mode or XLR if you have an interface and there isn’t a whole lot of difference between the quality. It does a greatJob blocking out background noise. Build quality is super professional and great. Overall a great mic for gaming / streaming / podcasting.

Great mic, it’s well made and feels sturdy and not cheap at all. For this particular one you do need to already have a mic arm to install it on as this one doesn’t come with one. Great sound, I don’t have to speak particularly loud as it picks up everything. It does a good job at dealing with background noise but you’ll want to clean it up anyways for max quality. The XLR and USB connections gives you plenty of options when using this and I really like the audio input for live listening.

Love the FIFINE XLR/USB Microphone AmpliTank Tank3 microphone!Sounds great, super solid quality and build, easy setup - for my use of this microphone it works amazing and I have absolutely zero complaints at this time. This microphone was purchased to replace a previous Fifine microphone that had a touch sensitive "tap to mute feature" that shorted out internally and I was a tad hesitant on purchasing another Fifine unit. However, the AmpliTank 3 microphone feels like a huge step up in build and audio quality. I am absolutely pleased with this purchase and encourage anyone that is considering this microphone on their budget to purchase it and see how it performs for themselves.Note: Electronics fail, such as life - I'm hopeful to get a bit more time out of this item than the other model and cannot reiterate how thankful I am that I gave Fifine another chance to prove their quality.
