Ordered this trying to save some money and found this kit to be some what acceptable among the Subaru community. I have high expectations. Maybe that’s going to be a problem! Anyway kit is complete no damage luckily it came with the parts moving about in the box loose and the head gaskets moving around I would think it would be better to individually bag the head gaskets or something to prevent shipping damage. Hopefully none of the seals leak 🫤

First box I got was ripped open and retaped shut, missing multiple gaskets and bent head gaskets. 2nd box that was shipped was new and contained almost everything you need and some stuff that I have no idea why it's in the kit. Missing the rear cam seals but comes with new front cam seals? Minus 2 stars for the damaged box the first round and a still incomplete set the 2nd round. What does come with the kit are good quality gaskets, at least what was in the box. I'll still use felpro but I'll be buying everything individually next time instead of this kit.

The packaging was insufficient for the box not to be bent, it should have been put in a bigger box as gaskets need to remain flat. It should also have been marked that it should not be bent and that the content were fragile. One of the couriers must have bent it as it was handled by a few different ones aas well as Canadian Customs. Lucky for me that the majority of the gaskets were not ruined and only one of the exhaust gaskets is unusable. Waiting for a replacement set to arrive, although it would have been more cost effective to just send me a replacement for the single gasket.
