The product is dark . Stiff, hard , I can’t squeeze any of it out. If this is a new formula they have ruined it. Really disappointed.

I just opened my third 2 pk, before that I was happy with the product but this batch was hard, dark and unusuable. There is no refund and so far it has been impossible to get in contact with the company.

Every time they’ve sent the blue tube she won’t eat that also it’s so hard you can’t get it out of the tubes junk talked with you about this also

This formula is still tasty for the kitty, and helps with hairball problem too. Hairball problems in older cats can cause intestinal blockage, several days of not eating and vomiting water. This formula can buy extra months of health. But the final decline in wellbeing can be rapid in a few days.
