Andycine has done a great job offering a quality budget monitor. The screen is 1080p but supports 4K input, providing sharp and detailed visuals. The customizable buttons make it easy to set up quick actions, enhancing workflow efficiency. I also appreciated the flip screen, which adds versatility to different shooting angles. Plus, the monitor is extremely bright, so visibility isn’t an issue even in well-lit environments. If you’re looking to take your video work more seriously and need a reliable monitor, this is a great choice. One drawback, however, is the LUT import process. You need to format your USB to FAT32, ensure the LUT file is a specific 33-point .cube format, and use a smaller-capacity USB drive—otherwise, the monitor won’t recognize it. This can be a bit confusing, but once set up properly, it works well.

I recently picked up the FeelWorld monitor and, overall, I’m impressed with its performance for the price. The display quality is solid, and it works well as a secondary monitor for my setup. However, there are a few things worth mentioning.First, the mount feels a bit wobbly, even after tightening it as much as possible. It doesn’t affect the functionality too much, but it’s something to consider if stability is crucial for your setup.Another issue I encountered was color matching with my Canon R5. I spent the past three days trying to get the colors to match, but despite my efforts, I wasn’t able to get an exact match. We got pretty close, though, so it’s not a dealbreaker. One odd thing I ran into was importing LUTs via my Type-C flash drive—it didn’t work. Apparently, it only accepts USB-A with an adapter for LUT import. A bit inconvenient, but not the end of the world.Despite these small issues, the monitor is still great value for the price. The image quality is good, and it’s a solid option for anyone looking for a budget-friendly external display. I’d definitely consider purchasing it again in the future if I need an additional monitor. This version keeps your feedback clear while smoothing out the language for readability. Let me know if you’d like any adjustments!

The 6-inch monitor provides a sharp image, perfect for focus pulling and image analysis. The HDMI input and loop-out allow for multiple displays. Loading custom LUTs is easy, enhancing color calibration. The monitor supports various power supply modes, including a provided battery. It’s a great addition for DSLR shooters, offering excellent detail and portability.

I got it to Work on one of my older cameras only to realize it needs an adapter. I ran some tests, and it works great. The monitor is made well and if taken care of should last a while.I have some shoots later this year and plan to use the monitor then. Once I've gotten a few hours of use out of it and if any issues come up, I will update the review.

I really like this monitor pack. I've had a few monitors from Feelworld, Andycine and of course Atamos and they all have a place in my arsonal. The Andycine and Feelworld seem to be from the same chinese factory, both still seem to be of excellent quality and have lasted me for at least 5 years. The brightness has been updated on this latest model which really helps for outdoor use. The Atomos that i use is the Ninja V and its by far the best out of the three models but its also three or four times more expensive since it has both a SSD recorder built in as well as extra features like ARRI false color and other cinema focused features. I love the Ninja and use it as my main screen but it's also heavy and substantially more power hungary than the Feelworld monitor in this listing. The Feelworld/Andy is excellent for mounting to a gimbal since it's so light (although i'd get the larger size if i were using it just for this). Its also great for photography since most people won't be recording video while shooting photography and the extra weight really kills me during nature photo stuff. I will say that the fit and finish is a bit lacking, they're all plastic and feel about as light as a feather. All in all, they're are trade offs to each style of monitor but I will say that the features being brought in to Feelworld and Andycine have started to close the gap between these Chinese based monitors and Atomos products like the Shogun or Ninja. If you really need a super light setup for this monitor, I highly suggest buying a Mini V-mount battery like the Neewer 099, a D-tap cable and SmallRig's Belt clip Vmount plate. That way you can keep the battery on your hip (or on a V-mount cheese plate) and it keeps the monitor as lightweight as possible

The screen is 3 times bigger than the canon camera screen i am using....and its fully rotational ( front to back 180° and 360°around. That is very handy for low or high camerapositions ( i mostly shoot macro and landscapes. Its very scharp and bright and cheap. Things that i do not like is the 1:4 thread connector that is attached to the thin plastic monitor with 2 tiny screws. The connector itself is metal but the body of the monitor bends/twists when you move it in position. Doubt it will last long when you carry the monitor connected the camera while walking. A bigger stronger connection to the monitor is not a luxury and would not cost an arm and leg. Another thing that bothers me is that my Canon body's have a HDMI mini output....so the cable with micro HDMI to HDMI that is delivered with this monitor is useless. I had to order another cable. They should provide the option to choose what cable you want when you order the device. The monitor is not protected from waterdroplets ( even light rain could cause a problem).
