I own an upholstery shop and order a new one every time I hire someone. Great quality.

I've used this brand of stapler professionally for 40+ years and decided to get a replacement. It seems to work fine but there is a lot of plastic where the older models have metal. I doubt seriously you could get the same service from the newer iterations.

This is a great staple gun. It’s light powerful and seems very durable. I really like the trigger and find the safety easy to work with. Im glad I went with this and not a higher priced option.Right now I'm reupholstering my dining chairs in leather and the stapler is holding up to the task really well.

This stapler is light and easy to reload and use. I have been using this style for over 20 years professionally as an upholsterer. There is a saftey feature for the trigger that I removed so that it is easier to operate. It is there to prevent the trigger to actuate if the gun falls to the floor accidentally but the trigger is made of a light metal and I have never had it go off under any situation other than when I pull it on purpose.

I'm using this for upholstery work and it really works well. Found that you only have to gently squeeze the trigger to fire a staple which means that I can use it without pinching a finger. Loading the staples isn't explained in the manual, and you can easily put them in upside down. Place them so that the points will face down when you have the stapler against the fabric. I have used it with 3 different lengths of staples, and all have worked properly.

My husband loved using this great stapler! He recovered our daughter's rocking chair and it worked perfectly! He highly recommends this wonderful stapler! We went to a local upholstery shop to buy the special staples for it. He will be using this to recover our antique sofa soon.

I payed for one-day shipping instead of getting free prime two-day shipping. This resulted in the package being shipped by Lasership (instead of UPS) who apparently doesn't have access to my building despite UPS, Fed Ex and USPS having no trouble. When they were not able to get into the building they drove away instead of thinking to call the phone number on the order. Day two rolls around they swear that the package will arrive by 11:30. I call them at 11:45 and they tell me 1:30. I call at 2:00 and they tell me 7:00. The package does not arrive and (once again unlike UPS and Fed Ex) the company tells me that I am not going to be able to drive to the distribution center and pick up the package because they closed at 7:00.At this point we have crossed into Sunday, so forget about delivery the next day. Monday EVENING the package arrives.I tear into the package to get the tool out in order to get to work only to find out that the tool inside is not a Fasco stapler but some other brand. To make up for delaying a job for a couple of days Amazon offered me a month of Prime and $30. Just a big disappointment from everyone involved (Amazon, Lasership, and Western Tool Supply).

Bought this to recover dining chairs. The manual Stanley one I had could never get the staples in all the way. I saw the original upholstery used 3/8" crown staples so I got this one. It is light weight, the staples (Empire E710) loaded easily by dropping in from the bottom. You set the depth with the air pressure. The safety trigger was easy to use. It comes with a compact plastic case and a cap for the air inlet. I didn't have any problems whatsoever with this stapler.
