I use these to apply housewrap to framing jobs. I tend to use them at least twice a week. These are small, fast, and easy to carry. They work great when they do. However they jam very easily, eventually the spring that rolls up the staples gives out, or the flat piston that shoots the staples out stops working. While I like these for their size and ease of use, I find they break down to quickly to make them a viable expense. I will be looking elsewhere for new guns with more durability. I think this is a great option for someone who does small projects or wont use it often.

Frustrating. I like everything about this tool. It replaced my older, much bigger and heavier Duofast electric tool. I used it a few times and it worked perfectly, and it was more comfortable after I cut off the trigger lock (a terrible design!)Suddenly it won't work at all. It fires, but no staples come out. I can detect an air leak above the trigger. The manual says something about an O ring that might need replacing. Replacing? After only a few uses? And there's no information about how to do such a thing and it's not obvious from looking at the tool. So, it's now an expensive blue paper weight. Have tried contacting Fasco (it's in Italy) with no luck.Great tool if it works. Useless if not. Beware!Update: Amazon is replacing the tool. Simple, easy prosses. I'll update my review after using a new tool. If it works, this is a great tool, so I hope I just got a lemon.Update: The new tool arrived very fast. Thanks Amazon. It seems to be working fine. As I said, it packs a punch for such a small tool. Stars back to 4, only due to slight question about the future.

Great product. I was skeptical when I got it and it seemed to weigh nothing, and was all aluminum and plastic. It is very well built, though. Plastic is PA, probably PA66/fiber reinforced and ultra strong. This is most of what you see in the pic that is black. The blue body is all cast aluminum, and the staple slide is extruded aluminum. Overall really well made and now I am glad it is light. Much easier to manipulate than my old electric which was closer to 10 lbs. Uses Duo Fast 50 series staples (1/2" wide staples, NOT ARROW T50!). Real Duo Fast staples fit and work well. I needed this quick to finish a job when my electric died (I couldn't find a half in electric quickly). Requires 60 pai min, I got misfires and saw the line pressure had dropped to about 55 psi. Worked great at 60-90 as recommended. Never had a misfire or jam. Ran about 300 staples through it to finish the job and couldn't be happier. Can fire more rapidly than I can aim and squeeze. My only complaint is the trigger safety (there is no surface safety). The trigger safety required a bit of an awkward grip, having to squeeze with my middle finger to release the safety and then pull with my trigger finger. I got used to it but it's the only thing that detracts from 5 stars across the board. Once I got used to it, it was fine, save for maybe overhead, upside-down stapling at the limits of my ladder... I had to have a better grip than on my old electric with no safety. But that's rare and honestly kept me from being more dangerous than I should have been. Great product.

I received this item, along with the required staples however the chamber for the staples do not allow the staples to move forward without being forced forward with your finger. It appears to work fine when the staples are pushed forward, however only one staple and the others will not come forward in the chamber.

This is a great stapler. I already have an electric Arrow stapler which should not even be mentioned in the same sentence. Although professional upholsterers prefer the narrower version of this stapler, I wanted to use it for other projects as well. It works great for upholstery with an added bonus. If you have to remove these staples, they are much easier to pry out than the narrow, fine gauge staples. The safety lever is a pain until you use it for a few chairs and it finally falls out. I refuse to take off a star for the poor trigger switch. The stapler works perfectly.

This stapler is well made and it worked right out of the box! I used it to replace some old staples in some seats and it worked well for at least 400 staples. No problem. I like that it is a small stapler and easy to use, but it holds a lot of staples. The little safety release was a little annoying to operate each time, but I became accustomed to it. It is probable better than accidentally shooting a staple in my leg!

I struggled a lot choosing the best stapler. Although there are lots cheaper than this I really like this one. It iis well built, feels solid, and it is a beauty. You only need to get the male adapter to hook the air compressor. As a begginer I was nervious to deal with the compressed air, but you get the hang of it soon. Even if you are not a Pro, good tools always make the job easier. I fired a lot of staples to get familiar with the gun, and had clear shots every time. I love my little blue air stapler. GET iT!Update: June 9, 2018Still in love with my staple gun. BUT I can't find anybody who ships parts to Puerto Rico!!
