This is a cute fascinator. Definitely costume quality, but still good quality. It comes with a headband and clip, and there is a little elastic loop on the inside to insert them. The cap portion seems a little smaller than the photo but otherwise looks exactly the same. It's a pretty blue. It would be cute for a costume or derby party.

This fascinator is smile, but looks great! The colors are exactly as they show in the description- the hat base, feathers and netting are a deeper almost blueish green. The small green fuzzy dots puffs (they look like tiny cuts of pipe cleaner,) are more of a standard primary color green.The hat base comes stiff, but you can shape it to fit your head better. It comes with a claw clip (worked great for me!) or a headband that you can put through an elastic loop on the underside of the hat base.It took me a few minutes to get the placement right, but I think it looks nice and will go well with my green dresses.

The hat itself is good quality for the price. The feathers are real, I think the fluffy part is real? It's so soft.The clip it comes with doesn't work-- it bent before I could get it in properly-- and I didn't try the headband because they've always driven me nuts, but I used a clip that I had that was better quality and was able to wear it. This hat is super cute and the perfect size and if I hadn't put the netting over my face I'd have forgotten I was wearing it. It weighs almost nothing. The color was just like I expected it to be.The hat itself is great, but plan to put your own barrette or clip inside it and be prepared for a small battle of wills to force it inside, the elastic part it goes into is tight.

Exactly as pictured / described. Very good quality - does not feel like a costume but an actual hat.Only issue is that I could not fit the headband through the slot on the hat so I will need to use it with the clip. Not a big deal because I prefer the clip but it would have been nice to have the option.

This navy blue fascinator is a deep, rich blue color that is very attractive. The little pillbox hat has a piece of elastic sewn inside to hold the thin headband or clip to fasten it to your hair. It is nicely finished and well made. The netting is high quality. I appreciate the versatility because you can wear the fascinator in many different ways. With the headband, I find it comfortable and secure, but it comes with a hair clip as well. The feathers are a nice stylish touch, but not overdone. I may wear this for Easter!

I got this for a "high tea" event with some friends and "wear a hat" is part of the dress code. This hat came with both a clip and a headband to get it to stay on my head. The netting was a bit squished from the package, but the hat and feather were not at all crushed. The netting pulled out fine without any ironing or anything needed. I thought I would wear it with the clip, but think I like the (pretty comfortable) headband even better.I like the way the hat looks on me. It is a little bit wide for my smallish head, but not badly so. The netting comes down to my chin, but the bottom tends to hover around the bottom of my nose. I think I could arrange the netting so that it sits higher on my face and and the netting just goes a bit higher above my head. It gives a very 1940's vibe. I might want to pull the netting up to the top of my head for eating and drinking, but keep it down for a more elegant and mysterious look.

Can be worn as a headband or with the hairclip, whichever one fits with your outfit.Decent quality. Not to big or flashy, but just enough to make a statement.

Very pretty green fascinator. Love the feathers, even though one of them fell off. It is a smaller size than some so it’s lightweight and easy to wear.
