The PS4 controller has a very solid feel, same if not better quality than OEM. Product support is very prompt in addressing and questions and concerns, top notch customer service.

No matter what ps4 controllers I buy, my kids go through them. The name brand ones are nearly twice as expensive as this and I don't think they are any better over time. This seems to work great and will probably last just as long as the name brand. Definitely worth spending less as these seem to just get knocked around and don't last forever.
