Keep dials at "000" and turn the knob to unlock the book safe.
Step 2
Move the switch from A to B.
Step 3
Set your desired passcode, make sure all numbers are in the center of the dials.
Step 4
Return the switch from B to A. Your passcode has now been changed successfully.

This was purchased as a gift but I wanted to inspect it first. I was very happy and proud to send it onto the gift recipient. It was delivered in a sturdy box and the overall quality and look of the product was just as shown on ad and even much better looking in person. The person receiving this little treasure/book/stash safe was very happy. What a unique product. I might have to order one for myself as well.

I'm very happy with this purchase. I am at Abbott book reader. I do have a large bookshelf full of books. Mine are more fantasy books so this books fits right in with them. You cannot tell whatsoever. That is a safe. It does not look different from my other books so it fits him perfectly and nobody knows

I was skeptical that the quality would not be book like but the textures make and quality of this are great. Real pages, same texture as most hard back books without a cover slip. Buying another for myself and giving the first one as a gift.

I got this safe for my 12 year old son as a gift. He was really impressed by how it looked and felt like a real book and thought the whole thing was pretty cool. He has enjoyed having a secret place to put his money and other treasures. I would definitely buy this again.

My son is super into spy and detective stuff. We've been wanting to make a book like this using old textbooks and cutting the pages out. This one is perfect! The outside quality is realistic, and hollowed out mostly to the edges, giving the maximum storage space. It looks legit on the shelf with other normal sized books and is the perfect decoy. This is very giftable!

I read reviews for this and other products for a while before buying. This product had quite a few negative reviews but I figured I would take my chances. The packaging could be more discrete as people mentioned, but it wasn't as bad as I imagined. A lot of reviews mentioned the quality of the construction of the book. My book looks amazing, feels solid and not cheap.If you're hesitant or on the fence, DO IT! 😂😂 I am very pleased with my purchase. It looks like a regular book from the outside. So, I gave this 3 stars strictly because the cover design on this book safe is very believable. It fits into the bookshelf and blends well. But, that's where the pros of this product end. The lock itself is cheap plastic and you cannot rescramble the numbers if there is anything inside because it blocks the mechanism from moving. Also, the pages look great, but the very first page you open to is the safe door. This would be much better camoflauge-wise if the safe door was 50-60 pages back from the front cover. Overall, neat novelty item and a place to store small items, but not a reliable safe at all.
