They made a decent job repairing the fairing inserts on my 2007 FLHT. One advise when installing those inserts is to back off the knurled wheel a couple of tuns and then, screw in the brass insert otherwise it becomes difficult backing off the tool once the insert is in place. Once the insert has bottomed down, rotate back the knurled wheel to release the pressure on the insert and the tool will come out easily.
