The part will work, fitting is good. Welds and piping are bad! Plan on spending 1hr on port matching and grinding inside for best results and flow.

DONT BUY THISThe part seemed like it was good quality. When I installed it, it smoked BAD like it was on fire. Because they couldn’t even use high temp paint on this part. Now I question it’s longevity. What a poor choice, smoked out my garage and the smell is throughout my entire house now.

It actually fits an 08 800 with quick mods to add springs. Crap paint tho

Quick and cheap. The flange wasn't completely flat, but the gasket helped it seal completely. I had too grind away the extra metal on the seams to allow the manifold bolts to pass through and seat flat. The manifold was angled down a little bit, and I had to adjust the rest of the exhaust system to fit, and the bottom spring loop was oriented cross ways, but worked OK. I had to hammer some of the metal out of the exhaust port, otherwise I feared it would reduce exhaust flow. You can see how much it intrudes in the one photo.Cheap, and quick.
