This number rubber stamp is perfect for inspector codes, part numbers, invoice numbers and identification numbers. The re-inkable pad, featuring water-based ink, lengthens the life of the numberer. Plus, the self-inking feature automatically re-inks the stamp into the rotating, self-contained ink pad before each impression, making this product ideal for rapid, repetitive stamping. Easy to use- the wheels are designed well to change the date/numbers without getting your fingers covered in ink. Good quality stamp -the text comes out perfectly clear as long as you don't slam the stamp down with too much force. Added a little ink to the pad when it first came and haven't had to refill it yet after two months of moderate use. Good value stamp for light to moderate use.

Works great but I have big hands so changing the numbers is tricky. That's a personal problem though. The ink dries almost immediately on normal paper but after messing with the dials you might need a wet wipe.

Some of the digits don't print as well as others but overall it seems to work well. I just have to go back and write over a missing or light digit here and there.

the dials are a little hard to turn but i assume will get easier the more i use it. sometimes the ink seems faint, even after filling it but it does the job

I used this ink stamper to date a variety of items. I had 50 items laid out; stamped with the year using this self inking stamp and after 5 days, it was still wet. I blotted on 3rd day. On day 5 I had to wipe off with paper towel, which created a smeared mess. I am ordering a different stamp from a local company. Horrible product

I got this little stamper because I need to date several little 1-inch post-it notes every day, with the date as the heading and an ingredient list under that. That means that I need the date to take up as little space as possible. I can look through the side openings to see exactly where the impression will go.It will stamp on paper and on Scotch Magic Tape. On paper, once dry, the ink doesn't smear. That's important to me because I work in cosmetics (wet!) and keep my prototypes and their post-it notes in the bathroom (wetter!).Because the ink pad is installed into the unit but open to the air, I just keep the entire stamper inside a small Ziplock food box to keep the pad from drying out.It took a little while to get the hang of how to set the numbers. I don't know if there is another way, but I do it by pressing the lever until the impression shows out the bottom and hold it in place while I change the numbers.Once, one of the digits became blurry (ugh, in the position that I use for the year!), and I thought I was stuck with that. But it turned out that I just had to wipe that digit with tissue and voila! Clear again.It makes me happy every day that I no longer have to write dates on all these bits of paper. :)

Does what it is supposed to, the numbers are hard to adjust because it is small (we used this for putting people's numbers on raffle tickets) but it was exactly what I needed.
