I use it around my waist. Not good as a bandolier. Holds 12 ga shells securely. Holds 24 shells = perfect.

It's a functional shell belt. Holds my 12 gauge shotgun shells tight enough they haven't falled out hunting with them but loose enough theu you can get them out without any frustration. Hold 24 shells so you will have one lonely shell left from a box of 25.It does not say anything about spanking on it anywhere.

For the Waist, this is Super Comfortable. I’ve tried a few different versions of these. This is by far the most comfortable and holds shells better than every single other elastic type shell holder that I’ve bought. I’m buying another Two right away to double up for a real comfortable, reliable, 50 shell bandolier over the shoulder. If I had my choice, these would have been the only bandoliers I would buy. They WILL BE from now on. They’re pretty nice.

It's made well. Holds 12 gauge shotgun shells as well as could be expected. I really like the Ranger green color which is what OD green used to be. Green with a little brown in the mix. That's OD green. Not the shade of green that is commonly called OD green in todays world. These days, you order anything that claims it's OD green, you can expect to get any shade of green in the world, except actual OD green. This belt is definitely OD green, and if I'd known they had made that switch in words I would have been ordering Ranger green in anything and everything that I could.

It's a good shot gunnshell bandolire holds a box of 12 gauge shells snug with no sagging or loose loopsI keep it without shells for storage so the elastics stays in shape but other than that it works fine in providing quick access to extra ammo to keep a steady feed when you need it! They are as good a quality shell holder as there compatition costing twice as much! All at a fair price point for an offer like this! If your a shot gunner Give em a whirl! I think you'll like the quality and the feeling of money well spent !👍

I purchased one of these a while back and was so impressed with the workmanship, I bought another for my son. The shells fit perfectly and doesn't seem to move around even when stored on the quad. The waist is large (I'm 6'1" and 270lbs) and it is very comfortable to wear while hunting or skeet shooting. This was a solid buy and recommend to anyone looking for value in a shell belt.
